David Moyes’ future in doubt as Real Sociedad lose at home to Espanyol

An injury-time header from Hernán Pérez gave Espanyol a 3-2 victory away to 10-man Real Sociedad, putting David Moyes’ future at the beaten team in doubt.

Imanol Agirretxe put Real Sociedad ahead but keeper Gerónimo Rulli conceded a penalty and was sent off before half-time. Gerard Moreno Balagueró scored from the spot-kick and Enzo Roco headed Espanyol ahead after 70 minutes.
With four minutes to go Jonathas appeared to have earned Sociedad a draw with a clinical finish but there was still time for Pérez to head in from a corner.
The result leaves Moyes’s team 17th in La Liga ,  out of the relegation zone on goal difference and without a win from four games this season.
